You will have the opportunity to work as part of a team and strengthen valuable skills including organization, communication, and attention to detail. In combination with preparing sales orders, & invoices, you will work with various departments who are committed to helping you find success. Hi-Tech is a company that will allow you to flourish in an environment that is centered around providing superior service to our customers. Responsibilities Quote and order processing. Monitor ordering for on-time delivery based on agreed customer expectations. Managing distribution of shipments to their necessary party in the company Complete paperwork / BOLs Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy Partnership with Sales Team to ensure customers' needs are met in a timely manner Requirements High school or equivalent (Preferred) 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience. Must be flexible and willing to work overtime when needed Ability to deal with problems involving multiple variables in changing pressure-filled situations Excellent mathematical and reading skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Ability to work well with all departments, and customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Quick Book Ability to work independently and interface across internal departments Strong organizational skills. Schedule 8 hours shift Day shift Monday to Friday Benefits 401 (K) 3% match
