We are Pittsburgh's original Honda dealer, family owned and operated for four generations. We pride ourselves on having a strong company culture where customers and employees are valued and treated with respect. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Collision Center team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from drop-off to delivery. The CSR plays a vital role in maintaining communication between the customer, insurance companies, and repair technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner in-person, by phone, or electronically. Assist manager coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures. Create repair orders and gather vehicle information for accurate documentation. Help to explain the repair process to customers and provide regular updates on repair status. Assist manager in communicating with insurance companies to obtain approvals and process claims. Schedule vehicle repairs, inspections, and rental car arrangements as needed. Maintain accurate and organized records in the shop management system. Collaborate with estimators, technicians, and parts departments to ensure timely completion of work.Qualifications:
. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service; automotive or collision center experience a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with computers and basic office software. Knowledge of CCC is a bonus.Benefits:
