Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm

The role of Customer Service Rep is an in-office position focused on making outbound phone calls, answering inbound calls, and monitoring text responses to customers to follow up on services provided, review benefits included, and invite them to take a consultation call with a member of the HomeBinder Assistant sales team.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to provide an experience that best serves their needs. Communicate features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively. Meet or exceed assigned daily activity (calls and tasks) goals consistently. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company software tools. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, use their arms and legs and move their whole body and balance, walk, stoop, maneuver, carry, lift, push, pull, and occasionally move materials/objects weighing less than 20 pounds. This role requires frequent use of fingers and hands to handle, feel, or operate objects such as computer keyboards, office equipment, and audio/video/telecommunications equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision), the ability to identify deviations and differences from an established tolerance or standard and adjust focus between objects, materials, colors, and textures.
