Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Property Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative. Starting salary is commensurate with your experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls/emails for policy inquiries, changes, and claims questions. Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and renewals. Explain policy terms, benefits, and coverage details. Resolve billing issues and payment inquiries. Assist agents with customer inquiries and sales support. Assist customers with filing claims.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
License/Certification:
Insurance Producer License (Required) Life Insurance License (Preferred)
