We have an immediate openings for our Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team onsite in our Warminster, PA headquarters. Burpee is dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional overall experience so we are seeking high energy, courteous, professional individuals for this highly important role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will support and attract potential customers by providing helpful information, answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, and resolving complaints that are satisfactory to the customer. The successful candidate for the Customer Service position will be detail-oriented, customer focused, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to follow up and follow through is critical in this role. Candidates must be flexible and able to work occasional evening and weekend hours during peak season.
Location:
300 Park Ave, Warminster PA. Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm. 100% Onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers, answer phone calls, respond to customer email inquiries & performs live chat assistance. Troubleshoot & research customer order problems. Perform data entry of phone, mail & Burpee.com orders. Processes order returns & replacements. Assist with filing & various special projects as needed Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar high-volume environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone manner. Ability to navigate multiple systems, databases, and web-based tools simultaneously. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ticketing systems. Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate challenging situations. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
