Job Description Essential Role will be helping customers understand the value of maintaining their vehicles. Must be able to provide excellent customer service and surpass all our customers demands & expectations. Day to day activities will require applicants to refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend service to clients. Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements. Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications. The right individual will have experience in a dealership environment , strong sales skills, and high customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

Must have at least two years experience as a Porsche Service Advisor in a dealership setting. High Line dealership experience a plus Reynolds and Reynolds proficiency a plus Excellent customer service skills paired with a professional attitude Team player able to function in a fast paced environment
