Job Description

Help connect people to where they need to go! Freedom Transit, a public transportation agency, is seeking a qualified and reliable Customer Service Representative to respond to telephone or walk-in requests for public transit services. Full-Time position, Monday through Friday, Daytime hours. Starting rate of $16.50/hour.

Computer skills, good communication and active listening skills, as well as customer service experience are required. Knowledge of the local area, particularly Washington and Allegheny Counties and the Mon Valley area, is strongly desired. Equal Opportunity Employer.
