Guest Service Representative About us Keen Lake Camping and Cottage Resort is a small business in Waymart, PA 18472. We are rewarding, supportive and inclusive.

MISSION STATEMENT
: Keen Lake Camping and Cottage Resort is committed to providing a vacation experience of excellent quality to all of its guests. They shall do so by guaranteeing a safe, friendly, and clean environment and by offering consistent, friendly, and efficient service at all levels. Since the day we opened in 1954, Keen Lake has been committed to providing our guests with exceptional service, the finest facilities and an overall quality vacation experience. To better serve our guests, Keen Lake has made education for both staff and management a priority. Much of our success can be accredited to working together as a team to provide the best vacation experience for our guests. In working as a team, each team member will receive support, encouragement and enthusiasm from other team members. Both individually and collectively this enables us to provide our guests with the very best service. Every member of the Keen Lake team will be well informed about ALL the facilities, services, and programs available to help better assist our guests. Prompt, friendly, and courteous service will send guests on their way with a smile on their face and a pleasant experience to remind them of the memories they have made with us. As a Guest Service Representative, you are the face and voice of customer service and hospitality for our business.
This position includes:
  • All components of our front desk operations, including use of our computerized reservations system to facilitate and manage bookings
  • Extensive phone contact with potential guests
  • The greeting and check-in of arriving guests
  • Basic office administrative tasks (i.e. filing, billing, running reports, responding to emails, etc.)
  • Communication and collaboration with other departments (i.e. housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) regarding campground operations
  • Other general duties as assigned Those candidates with the following qualities will be the best fit for this job:

  • Detail oriented
  • Outstanding diplomatic skills when dealing with conflict resolution
  • A warm and engaging personality
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Campspot is a plus This is a seasonal position and ideal for someone seeking stimulating summer work.
