Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to support a 3-day event in Oxnard. This role will focus on scanning items into a system while providing a positive, efficient experience for attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan items accurately into the system using handheld devices Assist attendees with questions and provide general event support Ensure data entry is accurate and completed in real-time Maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment Work collaboratively with the event team to keep operations running smoothly
