Description Cross Valley Federal Credit Union is looking for a bi-lingual candidate that can speak and understand both English and Spanish and is passionate about helping people. This position will require training in Wilkes-Barre, until our new branch opens in Hazleton. This candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for members by providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service via face to face interactions. This role is responsible for addressing member inquiries, performing account-related transactions, resolving issues, and promoting credit union products and services while maintaining a high standard of member satisfaction. The teller position plays a key role in strengthening member relationships by actively listening to needs, providing clear explanations, and ensuring all interactions align with the credit union's values, policies, and regulatory requirements.
