Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Care Agent Pay:
$13/hr-Weekly pay/Full time +
Benefits Hours:
Must be able to work Monday-Saturday any 8hr shift Between the hours of 8am-9pm
Job Responsibility:
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls. Assist customers with inquiries, services, appointments, or support needs. Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and call-tracking systems. Verify customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance with privacy standards. Qualifications •
