We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless communication. You will oversee the coordination of workflow orders, efficiently dispatch technicians to various geographic areas, and monitor both employee assignments and orders to maintain service excellence. What You'll Do:
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to incoming calls. Input and manage workflow orders in the risk system with precision. Coordinate the assignment of technicians based on response time and geographic efficiency. Monitor dispatched orders to ensure timely and appropriate customer responses. Oversee the release of studies, ensuring technicians meet release timelines. Track and follow up on late transcriptions and reports to guarantee prompt delivery. Facilitate the sending and receiving of reports, ensuring all documentation is processed swiftly and accurately. Proactively communicate with customers to confirm receipt of reports and address any issues. Assist in training new employees, contributing to the growth of the team. Manage the upload of signed documents into the risk system as needed.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED is required. Proficient knowledge of medical terminology. Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Experience working remotely with computer systems and office equipment. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a clear understanding of oral and written instructions. Friendly and professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers. Exceptionally well-organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multi-tasking. Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
Work Environment:
This position offers a dynamic blend of a fast-paced office environment and the convenience of remote work from a distraction-free home office, after a two-week on-site training period.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule for this position is outlined as follows: Monday-Friday 1:00 PM- 9:30 PM However, flexibility is essential as occasional overtime and/or varying shifts may be required to accommodate evolving business needs.
Physical Requirements:
Regular sitting and standing associated with an office environment. Manual dexterity for computer keyboard use. Frequent use of a phone and computer system for communication and customer service.
