Role Overview :
Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for a Call Center Representative. Our client is looking to a hire a Call Center Representative to handle a high volume hiring pipeline and support candidates from application to onboarding completion. They will be responsible for providing proactive support, answering questions, and monitoring candidate progress.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide support to candidates throughout the hiring process High call volume to provide proactive and reactive support Monitor candidate progression, ensuring priority candidates move efficiently Review required documents and conduct compliance checks Manage voicemails, tickets, and emails from candidates needing assistance
Qualifications :
