Competitive hourly pay, based on experience About Us Mindful Movement Physical Therapy is a private, cash based physical therapy practice specializing in whole-person care for orthopedic and spine conditions. We create a welcoming and personalized healing space, and we're looking for a reliable, organized, and confident team member to help us support our growing client base. Position Overview We are seeking a part-time Administrative & Client Experience Coordinato r to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for managing the flow of the front office, scheduling, client communications, and supporting the practice's growth through confident sales and marketing initiatives. Please do not apply for this job position if you: Need a lot of time off Aren't sure if you can commit to the days/times Don't value 1:1 whole-person physical therapy care Key Responsibilities Greet clients, manage check-in/check-out, and create a warm, professional atmosphere Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling Communicate effectively via phone, text, and email Educate clients about care packages and confidently facilitate package sales Maintain accurate client records and documentation Assist with social media content, email newsletters, and marketing campaigns Help with basic office organization and supply restocking Required Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable and confident with sales conversations (packages, services)
Tech-savvy:
Comfortable learning and using software platforms Self-starter with the ability to manage time well and problem-solve Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a front desk, admin, or client-facing role Familiarity with physical therapy, wellness, or healthcare environments Experience with social media or marketing tasks (Instagram, email platforms, etc.) Work Schedule ~15-20 hours per week, ideally spread across 3-4 days Mostly in-person, with the option for some hybrid/remote work for marketing or back-end admin duties Must be available during core clinic hours (some flexibility available) Perks Flexible schedule and supportive team environment Discounted wellness services Opportunities for growth in marketing, operations, or client engagement Use of gym space during non-class times Days and Hours you must be available to start In clinic (Summer hours):
