Administrative & Customer Support Specialist (Remote) Kelly - 3.8 Ontario, CA Job Details Contract $22 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Customer service Administrative experience Attention to detail Data entry Full Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member for a dedicated administrative and customer support position within our operation. This role will focus on administrative functions and direct customer support (automotive) Customer Locations (despite being remote): Cambridge and Woodstock Pay rate: 22.00hr
Schedule:
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (may adjust to 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM based on account needs)
Contract Length:
6 months, with potential extension up to one year depending on business needs
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the shared team mailbox, ensuring timely responses and consistent follow-up. Enter order data into HRS systems accurately. Prepare and distribute required reports. Conduct KQMS audits as needed. Deliver daily customer support with professionalism and urgency. Send out startup lists and operational communications. Assist the team with additional administrative and operational assignments as required.
