Compensation $14/hour Commission on outside sales paid quarterly (Commission is earned after meeting a monthly sales threshold) 90-day probationary period Eligible for a performance-based wage review and increase after 90 days Advertising Service RepresentativeAbout the Role We are seeking a dependable and motivated Advertising Service Representative to join our team. This position blends customer service, advertising support, and ad sales, along with general office operations.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping local businesses grow through effective print advertising solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Assist walk-in customers with ads, subscriptions, and general inquiries Answer phone calls and process payments Provide receipts and front-office support Advertising & Sales Help customers place ads (classifieds, yard sales, business ads, etc.) Actively sell advertising to local businesses and individuals Build and maintain relationships with clients Follow up on leads and assist in growing ad revenue Schedule legal notices, inserts, and print materials Prepare affidavits and tear sheets Office & Administrative Support Manage email communications related to ads and notices Assist with mailing, reporting, and daily office tasks Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with computers and email Organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Willingness to learn and work with a team Ability to work toward sales goals Bonus (Not Required): Sales or customer service experience Basic design or ad creation skills How to Apply Please send your resume to business@parispi.net or drop it off in person at: 205 North Market St, Paris, TN No phone calls please
