Bilingual Customer Service Representative A well-established, Washington-based credit union is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its growing team. This position is fully onsite located in Kennewick, Lynnwood, or Spokane Washington! What You'll Do Provide outstanding service that promotes deep and lasting member relationships Answer general inquiries and perform account maintenance via phone and email Consistently meet or exceed key performance and quality metrics Research and resolve member concerns efficiently with guidance from leadership Take ownership of issues, set clear expectations, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products, services, and promotions that add value for members Maintain working knowledge of policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives What We're Looking For Bilingual - English + Spanish Previous customer service experience (call center or financial services experience is a plus) Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and member-focused approach Why This Opportunity Stands Out Long-term, stable position with clear growth and advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and structured training Opportunity to work remotely after successfully completing the initial onsite phase Meaningful work helping members achieve financial confidence Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennewick, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
