Job Description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Bilingual Customer Support on Hybrid Schedule. Job Summary:
The candidate will work as a Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative, assisting customers in both English and Spanish through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in person. They will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide information about products and services, assist with orders and returns, and maintain records of interactions.
Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing information about products, services, and policies in both languages.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned, such as data entry or administrative tasks. Requirement(s):
  • Proven fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Call center experienced preferred
  • Both written and verbal. Strong communication.
  • Interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to.
  • Multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

$20.00 Hr.
