Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Call Center Agent to join our customer support team. Manage client inquiries related to billing, account details, or technical support with patience and clarity. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in customer support, client services, or sales roles will be advantageous. Knowledge of phone etiquette, analysis skills for troubleshooting issues, and basic cash handling or typing skills are beneficial.
