Provided Job Summary The Advocate I is responsible for supporting inbound and outbound operations within a fast-paced healthcare support hub. This role focuses on call management, appointment scheduling, authorization processing, participant support, and administrative coordination while delivering outstanding customer service to participants, families, providers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking in a participant-centered environment and maintaining accurate documentation across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, emails, and support requests in a timely and professional manner Schedule participant appointments and coordinate with providers, staff, and families Process authorizations and respond to inquiries regarding status and eligibility Maintain accurate documentation and update participant/provider information in internal systems Conduct appointment confirmations and reminder calls Resolve basic issues and escalate concerns appropriately Ensure compliance with departmental documentation and scheduling protocols Provide exceptional customer service in all written and verbal interactions Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures Collaborate with supervisors and team members regarding workload and priorities Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service/support environment Strong data entry and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
