Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and enthusiasm Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote products and services effectively Provide accurate information about products, services, or account details while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Assist customers with data entry tasks, updating account information, and processing transactions efficiently Support clients by offering solutions tailored to their needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues through clear communication and analysis skills Maintain detailed records of interactions in company systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products naturally during conversations Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages enhances communication reach Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette Proficient in data entry, typing, and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications Previous call center experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new hires Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and offer appropriate solutions Capable of handling cash transactions accurately when necessary Outstanding communication skills to convey information clearly and empathetically during outbound calling efforts This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their client service expertise in a lively environment. Pay:
$25.35 - $30.91 per hour
