Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their growing team in Port Washington, NY! We are looking for an upbeat and "passionately communicative" Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is genuinely excited to help people. In this role, you will act as a primary liaison, providing product information and resolving emerging problems with patience and empathy. The goal is to ensure each customer receives a first-class service experience while maintaining high levels of customer happiness. The training schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. After training, the schedule will transition to Monday through Friday 11am to 8pm. Within the first 6 months of working, this position has the potential to move to a hybrid schedule based on performance. Determine root causes of issues, develop resolution action plans, and interact with other departments to drive positive experiencesTechnical Assistance:
Provide technical support and utilize internal resources to find solutions for customersClaims & Warranty:
Review warranty policy terms to determine coverage and assess the validity of complaints regarding product failures or incorrect shipmentsReturns Management:
Prepare shipping for returned goods and assist in the returns and replacements process as neededReputation Management:
Review product ratings and reviews on Kraus.com and partner sites to manage and resolve customer concernsContinuous Improvement:
