We are seeking a driven, positive Call Center Representative —a position designed to be the cornerstone of our administrative operations with clear opportunity to grow into a leadership role as our team expands. Position Overview The Call Center Representative will balance appointment setting and customer service with weekly and monthly administrative tasks . This is a high-activity role that requires strong organizational skills, communication excellence, and leadership potential. You'll be measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure clarity and success, receive ongoing coaching , and have the opportunity to be rewarded for strong performance . Over time, you will also play a key role in helping to hire, train, and manage another administrative team member. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule sales appointments and installations Perform consistent customer service calls (follow-ups, reminders, satisfaction checks) Manage CRM data entry and keep customer records accurate and up to date Organize and complete recurring weekly/monthly administrative tasks Support the owner by turning ideas into effective systems and processes Collaborate with leadership to refine and scale admin workflows Track and meet KPIs tied to calls, appointments, and follow-ups Qualifications 1+ years of experience in administration, appointment setting, or call center roles Strong phone presence; comfortable speaking with 100+ people per day Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Leadership potential—able to take initiative and coach others Clear written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM systems, email, and social media platforms Positive, coachable, and passionate about working in a family-run business
Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:
$15
18/hour (depending on experience)
Bonus Opportunity:
$500
