Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when transitioning conversations or following up via phone if needed. Use Microsoft Office tools to document interactions and generate reports on customer support activities. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common customer questions or issues. Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus. Prior experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is preferred. Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; typing speed is important. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for navigating multiple platforms. Experience with outbound calling or follow-up communications enhances effectiveness. Demonstrated sales aptitude can help identify opportunities to assist customers beyond their initial inquiries. Good analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately if required during certain interactions.
