We are looking for the person who walks toward problems instead of away from them. Bison Ridge is a growing independent insurance agency in Coweta, Oklahoma. We protect over 400 families across the state with more than $1M in active premium. As an independent agency, we work with multiple carriers to find the best coverage and price for each client, not the most convenient product for one company. We are family owned and faith driven, and we treat every client like a neighbor, not a policy number. About the Role The Client Concierge is the first voice and first impression of Bison Ridge. You will handle incoming calls, gather information for quotes, support clients with service requests, and keep day-to-day communication running smoothly. You will work directly with the agency owner from day one. No corporate layers, no red tape, just real mentorship and hands-on training. No insurance experience is required. We will teach you the business. This is a part-time role to start, with a defined path to full-time as you grow into Coverage Specialist. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, texts, and messages as the first point of contact for the agency Greet every client and prospect with a professional, friendly tone Collect the information needed to start insurance quotes Create and manage leads and service tasks in our CRM Handle basic client service requests like ID cards, proof of insurance letters, and simple policy changes Keep clients updated when their requests are in progress Work directly with the agency owner. Daily check-ins your first two weeks, weekly one-on-ones after that. We would rather you ask than guess. Anything outside your current skill level gets escalated, not assumed. Required Qualifications Must obtain an Oklahoma Property and Casualty insurance license within 45 days of start date (firm deadline). We reimburse exam and prep costs after you pass, plus pay a bonus for passing quickly. Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email Organized and detail oriented Comfortable learning new technology and software systems Reliable and self-motivated. This role includes remote days, and you need to be someone who does the work without being watched.
