About the Role As a Client Experience Associate, you will play a key role in the growth of AdviceOne by ensuring every client receives an exceptional, memorable experience. Your focus will be on providing top-tier client service

• both in-person and over the phone

Primary responsibilities include:

Welcoming clients in a friendly, polished, and professional manner Building and maintaining strong client relationships Preparing and resetting meeting rooms on our live Tuesday client days Managing inbound and outbound client phone calls Scheduling appointments Supporting clients and prospects with connecting to virtual meetings Communicating with clients throughout the day via email and text About You We are looking for someone to join our team who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating positive experiences for others. Someone who seeks customer-facing positions and has a knack for helping clients feel supported and valued will thrive in this position. We're looking for candidates with: A polished, outgoing demeanor Strong verbal communication skills and exceptional work ethic Outstanding customer service abilities The ability to multitask effectively Solid computer proficiency Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Financial services experience is not needed Schedule On-site in our Glastonbury, CT office every Tuesday
