Job Description

Client Experience Associate Client Experience Associates are part of the Client Experience team which handle frontline contact with customers to meet the company objective of providing a superior laundry solution. This position interacts with all other areas of the company in addition to supporting the customer base. It is a full-time, hybrid position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers making contact by phone and email about machine and payment systems with an emphasis on active listening, empathy, and deescalation.
  • Provide instruction, attempt to troubleshoot, or process service orders for customers reporting machine and payment system issues.
  • Provide back-office support, as needed.
Skills/Aptitudes:
  • Customer service communication and detail oriented with strong focus on client service.
  • Experience with variety of networked systems required, with flexibility to learn new systems.
  • Strong MS Office Suite experience, primarily Word and Excel, and call center software familiarity is a plus.
