Client Experience & Booking Specialist (Part-Time) Kalamazoo, MI Luxury Boudoir Photography Studio Hourly Pay + Monthly Performance Bonuses We are a rapidly growing luxury boudoir photography studio looking for a confident, emotionally intelligent, high-performing sales professional to join our team. This is NOT an order-taking customer service position. We are looking for someone who knows how to: build emotional connection quickly confidently guide conversations professionally overcome objections create urgency without sounding pushy follow up consistently and CLOSE. (previous sales experience required) You must be comfortable discussing pricing, handling hesitation confidently, and guiding women into investing in themselves and this transformational experience.

This Role Is Perfect For Someone With:

phone sales experience high-ticket sales experience luxury service sales beauty, aesthetics, bridal, medspa, fitness, or wellness sales experience strong follow-up and objection handling skills What You'll Be Doing Calling and texting incoming leads Leading luxury consultation calls Building trust and emotional connection quickly Handling objections confidently and professionally Following up consistently with leads Booking qualified clients onto the calendar Reducing no-shows and cancellations Delivering an exceptional luxury client experience Hitting KPIs and booking goals

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
