Job Duties:
Input information quickly, efficiently and accurately into a computer database Prepare weekly files for the Sr. Advisor and Jr. Advisor Answering client's direct inquiries and is a client facing position Maintain client and staff confidentiality Process incoming and outgoing client documents Review, prioritize, and complete tasks daily Draft written communications and file documents Team project participation such as client events Workplace environment: Prolonged periods of computer work seated or standing Regular communication with management, staff, clients and vendors Growth oriented leadership and staff who prioritize individual accountability through regular coaching and development opportunities Participate in ongoing staff appreciation events and activities Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

The position comes with a starting hourly wage range of $17 - $21 along with paid sick time, vacation time, and retirement plan eligibility. This position does not include remote work opportunities. $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Application Question(s): Minimum of 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office and data entry Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills I agree to a financial industry background check, to include fingerprints, financial credit check and a criminal history check as a requirement of employment.
