The team serves approximately 350 families and has over $1.5 billion in client assets as of March 2026. We are committed to learning from our experiences and continuing to build our knowledge. The Role We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team. You will report to the Director of Human Capital and Growth. What You'll Do Prepare and process paperwork for client transactions, including opening new accounts, closing accounts, transferring assets, deposits, withdrawals, account title changes, address changes, and communicating the status of transactions to clients and Advisors Provide ongoing client account maintenance (e.g., all money requests, checks, wires, ACHs, regular periodic transfers, transfer of securities amongst accounts, special accounts, ongoing special client instructions) Work with partners and team members to respond to client requests Oversight of client onboarding process from start to finish including preparation of documentation establishing accounts; funding and getting client invested Proactive outreach to clients to share practice services, including their digital experience Use CRM platform to manage and document all workflows Participate in projects and internal working groups to ensure our client's needs are represented in practice plans Provide support for advisors by answering phones and responding to client requests Support Advisors and our practice with operational tasks What You'll Bring Strong interpersonal skills: relationship builder; curiosity about people and their behaviors Natural desire to be a problem solver Anticipate challenges and address them Take pride in your attention to detail Ability to manage changing priorities in a day, and set expectations with others Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Experience in Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce preferred) Experience in custodian platform (Schwab preferred) FINRA Securities licenses a plus Bachelor's degree preferably in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related experience What We Offer Remote work options Coverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid parental leave (16 weeks for primary caregiver and 8 weeks for secondary caregiver) 401k matching plan HSA employer contributions Student loan assistance Pet insurance Hightower's Story Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, and 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations.
