Looking for a team player who is interested in a long-term opportunity to grow and advance, helping shape an already successful financial planning practice. Individual must be detail and service oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the appropriate candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in technology platforms, including Microsoft Word and Excel Enjoys working with the public, providing excellent client service Independent and self-motivated Problem solver, ability to look ahead and anticipate the next steps necessary to fully complete the task Excellent time management and strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and anticipate potential problems Demonstrates personal integrity, honesty and can deal with confidential information Reliable, follows through on commitments, does not shrink from new challenges Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy by delivering high quality work Collaborative and able to work effectively with others Flexible team player who is highly adaptable to change and open to new ideas Demonstrated ability to work successfully in an entrepreneurial, small company environment Uphold firm's purpose, vision and values Work responsibilities will include the following: First point of contact for prospects, clients, and vendors Prepare for client meetings on a weekly basis and handle all follow up activit Organize and coordinate new business administration Support the Director of Operations in managing client workflows and supporting client service needs Support the Practice Manager in developing intra-office communication protocols, and streamlining administrative procedures Manage the new client onboarding process Build rapport with clients and provide clients with a positive experience Correspond with clients on missing information or unanswered questions for financial plans Maintain integrations for client accounts within financial planning software Support the trading operations Ensure clients are set up with online system access and are knowledgeable on the system Ensure client reporting systems receive feeds for new accounts Update client info as necessary in CRM to ensure integrity of database Manage business in motion tracker Maintain vendor lists Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of work-related experience in the financial services industry. Mortgage, banking, or insurance do not count toward industry experience. This is not a sales position. Competitive compensation, between $55,000 and $75,000, based on experience, plus bonus potential.Benefits include:
