The Opportunity Gordon Law Group, PLC is a boutique business and estate planning firm with offices in Charleston and Greenville, South Carolina, and Nashville, Tennessee. We help individuals, families, business owners, and professionals protect their families, preserve their assets, and plan confidently for the future. We are looking for a Client Service Coordinator who thrives in a client-facing environment, takes pride in keeping things organized and moving, and genuinely cares about the experience of every person who walks through our door or reaches us remotely. This role sits at the center of our Charleston office operations. You will support clients from intake through the completion of their estate plan, handle key administrative functions, and work closely with our attorneys and support staff to keep client matters running smoothly. Responsibilities Client & Case Management Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients via phone, email, and in person Manage client intake and onboarding, including tracking prospective clients through the firm's CRM system Draft retainer agreements and outgoing client correspondence Coordinate and schedule client appointments Prepare documents for signing appointments and ensure deadlines are met Assemble physical estate plan document packages delivered to clients at the conclusion of their planning Document client interactions and notes in the firm's practice management system Generate and distribute client invoices Administrative & Office Support Scan, organize, and maintain documents Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and send outgoing correspondence and packages Support attorneys with administrative tasks and general office operations Actively participate in required firm meetings and provide weekly reporting What We're Looking For >1 year experience in a law firm or professional office setting Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine client-centered mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential client information Preferred Qualifications Associate degree Familiarity with legal practice management software Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off How to Apply Please submit a resume and cover letter.
