We are looking for a dedicated individual to serve as our primary point of contact for incoming communications, ensuring every customer receives the high-quality experience our brand is known for. Key Responsibilities Your primary goal is to manage the flow of communication and provide exceptional support to our clients and internal team.

Call Management:

Professionally answer incoming phone calls and accurately route them to the appropriate department or team member.

Customer Assistance:

Provide helpful information regarding our furniture collections, order status, and general services.

Administrative Coordination:

Ensure messages are delivered promptly and follow up on customer inquiries to maintain a seamless experience.

Brand Representation:

Act as the voice of Snyder's Furniture, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor that reflects our family-owned values.

What We Are Looking For Exceptional Communication:

A professional and warm phone presence with the ability to handle calls efficiently.

Strong Organizational Skills:

The ability to manage multiple tasks and route information accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Remote Readiness:

Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. Proficiency with cloud-based communication tools is required.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or the furniture industry is preferred but not required. Schedule and Compensation Monday -
