We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Admin to support internal operations, CRM management, and administrative processes across the team. Pay:
$52k - $55k Fully Remote Great Benefits This role will primarily support internal Client Advocates, Account Managers, and leadership through Salesforce cleanup and maintenance, operational support, documentation management, and day-to-day coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, process-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing detailed administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain, update, and clean up Salesforce CRM records and internal client data Assist with organization and accuracy of internal systems, documentation, and workflows Support internal Client Advocates, Account Managers, and leadership with administrative and operational tasks Manage and track internal requests, follow-ups, and workflow items Maintain detailed notes and documentation within CRM and internal systems Assist with onboarding support, enrollment coordination, and operational setup tasks as needed Coordinate internally across departments to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments Support reporting, data entry, and administrative projects as assigned Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and operational discussions Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, operations, coordinator, or support experience within a professional/corporate environment Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Comfortable managing repetitive administrative and data-focused tasks Experience working within CRM systems such as Salesforce strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Professional, personable, and team-oriented attitude Insurance, benefits administration, or financial services industry exposure is a plus but not required
