Job Description

The Vineyard Gazette Media Group seeks a highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Client Services and Audience Engagement Coordinator to support advertising operations, audience engagement initiatives, and client relationships across our print and digital platforms. This role serves as a key liaison between advertisers, readers, and internal teams, ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns, sponsored content, newsletters, and audience engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, enjoys working with clients, and has strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertising Sales Support - Book print and digital advertising orders. Assist with one-time advertisers and inbound leads. Classifieds & Legal Notices. House Advertising. Sponsored Content Management. Social Media & Audience Engagement.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Customer service or client relationship management experience preferred. Sales experience or comfort with advertising sales and lead follow-up preferred. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously. Experience with newsletter platforms, content management systems, social media platforms, or advertising systems is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced media environment.
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
