Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Client Services Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, supporting account needs, and delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced, professional environment. As a Client Services Associate, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients while coordinating with internal teams to ensure requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, professional, and accurate support.
  • Manage client account documentation, updates, and communications to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and support follow-through on requests.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Maintain organized records and support day-to-day client service operations with attention to detail. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $48,932 to $60,996 per year.
