Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for a high-performing Client Service Associate to join our team to deliver Energy Data-as-a-Service as we grow in the Wisconsin and Minnesota regions. Goals Provide high level customer support in electrical energy optimization for K-12 Schools, Commercial and Industrial clients. Collaborate in our team culture to drive positive results Use custom software to analyze data for energy savings. Once trained, Client Service Associates make their own schedules to meet and provide energy savings recommendations to their customers. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and energy goals Requirements At least 2 years of successful experience as a customer service representative. A degree in Communications or a related field is preferred, along with an understanding of professional communication practices in an educational, commercial or industrial environment No previous experience in the energy sector is necessary. We will train the right person in both product knowledge and client services role. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of an organization. Local travel to monthly customer meetings is required.
