• Excellent customer service experience and communication skills

• 1-2+ years in financial services, banking, or related

• Providing support via telephone and secure message (resolving issues and answering questions).
• Gathering and processing customer information.
• Assisting and training branch personnel on electronic banking procedures.
• Potentially accepting mortgage loan applications (as a licensed originator).
• Obtaining and analyzing daily reports related to online banking activity, including fraudulent activity and service metrics.
• Maintaining knowledge of retail banking policies and procedures.
• Executing outgoing communication efforts (telephone, email, mail).
• Working with vendors and outside service providers to maintain operational standards.
