As a Client Services Representative , you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for prospective and current clients by providing professional support, answering questions, and connecting individuals with the resources they need. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates confidently over the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No prior disability experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional growth. This position begins with required in-office training in. After successfully completing training, employees transition to a hybrid/remote work schedule. Company equipment is provided upon completion of training. What You'll Do As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you'll help ensure every interaction is professional, informative, and supportive. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from prospective and current clients. Provide information about company services and assist callers with next steps. Contact prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services. Transfer calls to the appropriate department or team member when needed. Respond to client questions and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate client records and document interactions within company systems. Meet established performance and outreach goals. Deliver a positive, compassionate experience during every client interaction. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Consistently demonstrates empathy, patience, and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data-entry systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, client services, sales, or administrative support is preferred but not required. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
