Job Description The Position
CANDIDATE SHOULD BE LOCATED
in the Eastern U.S. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Client Services team across three key pillars: Global Service Transition, Data Analytics, and Knowledge Management. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise operations, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, global environment. Responsibilities Global Service Transition Track project transitions end-to-end and publish regular reporting for stakeholders to assess success and identify improvement opportunities Prepare business presentations and communicate project updates to frontline operations teams Coordinate awareness of scheduled maintenance windows with frontline support to ensure alignment on system availability and reduce unnecessary escalations Maintain thorough documentation of transition plans, progress, and completion milestones Identify and contribute to process improvements in project transitions, including the exploration and application of AI tools for increased efficiency Actively participate in planning and executing global, regional, and local project transitions with a focus on support readiness and end-user experience Data Analytics Conduct A/B data integrity and quality assurance testing Monitor KPIs and develop presentations for stakeholder reporting Build and refine statistical models for KPI tracking and outlier analysis Document all analytical processes, methodologies, and findings clearly and consistently Knowledge Management Learn and apply enterprise best practices for knowledge creation, maintenance, and governance Actively participate in the end-to-end knowledge production process, from content development through publication and review Solicit feedback from stakeholders and end users and implement improvements to existing knowledge assets Leverage data and customer feedback to identify knowledge gaps, anticipate future content needs, and recommend proactive solutions Required Education, Experience & Skills Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to varied audiences Analytical mindset with interest in data quality, reporting, and process improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with BI or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) a plus Familiarity with knowledge management platforms or content management systems a plus Curiosity to explore AI tools and their practical application in operations and knowledge workflows Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative team player who can also work independently What You'll Gain Real-world experience in global service operations and client-facing analytics Exposure to enterprise-level project coordination and stakeholder communication Hands-on work with data modeling and reporting in a production environment Practical experience in knowledge management principles and content lifecycle governance Mentorship from experienced professionals across Client Services and Operations #LI-Remote Secondary Language(s)
