WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Own your client relationships. You're the first call, the trusted advisor, and the person who catches issues before clients even notice. Run flawless payroll. Multi-client, multi-state, deadline-driven. You keep the engine running and the auditors happy. Solve the hard stuff. API integrations, EDI transmissions, data integrity- you root-cause issues and build smarter processes.
YOU'RE THE ONE
IF... You have 2+ years in payroll, account management, or client services iSolved experience is in your toolkit (big plus) You'd rather prevent a client problem than react to one Juggling multiple accounts without dropping details is your thing You're wired for accountability- you own your work, full stop Systems, integrations, and process improvement excite you
