This role supports the technical implementation and ongoing production use of SitusAMC software for clients, including configuration activities, training coordination, and testing support. The Associate partners with internal teams and client contacts to help transition new implementations into production and reinforce adoption through day-to-day guidance and issue intake. The role serves as a point of contact to gather, validate, and route client questions and production issues to appropriate internal resources. Work is performed with moderate independence, using judgment to address moderately complex situations within established processes.
Essential Job Functions:
Support technical implementation activities for assigned clients, including software configuration tasks, training preparation, and testing support. Assist in coordinating implementation timelines and client readiness activities to help transition new client projects into production. Provide day-to-day support to promote client adoption after go-live, reinforcing standard usage and addressing routine questions. Support production usage by receiving client issues, performing initial triage, and documenting and validating details for follow-up. Route production issues and requests to appropriate internal resources (including software development and other internal teams) and track updates through resolution. Deliver Client Admin, end-user, and internal training sessions and/or training support as assigned. Build and maintain working knowledge of SitusAMC software functionality, along with relevant industry concepts and client workflows to support effective guidance. Use discretion and independent judgment to address moderately complex implementation and production support matters within established guidelines and escalation paths. Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5+ years of relevant industry and/or implementation experience supporting software implementations and/or client-facing production support. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and sound judgment to resolve moderately complex issues within established processes.
