Job Overview We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Client Services Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our customers. This role is highly interactive and field-based, requiring regular client visits, strong communication, and seamless coordination across internal teams to deliver timely solutions and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships through regular in-person client visits Act as the primary liaison for customer service requests, ensuring all action items are tracked, managed, and resolved Respond to client inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset Collaborate internally with Customer Service, Service, and Fulfillment teams to resolve issues efficiently Partner with Contracts and Leasing teams when needed to support client agreements and documentation Work closely with Sales Representatives to support applications, software products, and ongoing account needs Follow up consistently to ensure client satisfaction and closure on all open items Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall customer experience
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (or similar tools) Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client visits
