Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License Commercial Insurance We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist to support commercial insurance accounts by partnering with Account Executives and Brokers to deliver exceptional client service. This role is responsible for managing policy renewals, endorsements, invoicing, certificates, compliance documentation, and other account servicing activities while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of client requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Support commercial insurance account management and policy servicing activities. Process renewals, endorsements, invoices, certificates, surplus lines filings, and other client requests. Maintain accurate records in agency management systems. Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, clients, and outsourced service partners. Review policies and client deliverables for accuracy and compliance. Assist with special projects and mentor junior team members.
Required Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License. 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
