As our marketing and lead generation efforts continue to grow, we are expanding our contact center team to support our sales organization. This role is the first point of contact for prospective customers and plays a key part in creating a positive customer experience. Role Overview As a Contact Center Representative, you will support the sales team by managing inbound and outbound customer interactions. You will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide conversations toward scheduling in-home consultations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by performance and results. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls in a professional and customer-focused manner Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries Ask effective questions to understand customer needs Guide conversations toward scheduling in-home consultations Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions Address customer questions and basic concerns Schedule and confirm appointments based on availability Follow up with internet leads via phone, text, and email Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems Conduct confirmation calls prior to appointments Help reduce cancellations and no-shows through proactive communication Engage professionally with customer referrals Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, call center, or phone-based roles preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to guide conversations Comfortable asking questions and handling objections Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Ability to work in a performance-driven environment Experience with CRM or scheduling tools is a plus What Success Looks Like Delivering a positive and professional experience on every interaction Converting customer conversations into scheduled appointments Meeting or exceeding performance expectations Maintaining consistent activity and high-quality communication Accurately scheduling and confirming appointments Supporting the sales team through reliable follow-up Compensation and Benefits $20.00 per hour base pay Performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities Top performers average approximately $25 per hour with incentives Paid training and ongoing support Flexible scheduling options Paid time off Positive, team-oriented work environment QSEHRA health reimbursement program Work Requirements This is a remote position.
