Kelly is hiring for an Associate Customer Service Representative/Contact Centre Associate for a 12
  • month contract role at 4707 Detroit Ave, 1501 Larkin Center Dr, Midland, MI 48674 with our prestigious client.

Qualifications:
Client has an open position for a Contact Center Associate within the Customer Service Organization Center located in Midland, Michigan. The Contact Center Associate serves as an interface between customers, prospects, and our businesses to deliver exceptional service. The Contact Center Associate provides solutions to the customer while collaborating closely with functional partners: Technical Service, Quality & Regulatory, Marketing & Sales, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support through phone, email, contact forms, and social media channels.
  • Assist with diverse customer inquiries, including technical support, literature requests, purchase information, and quality & regulatory questions
  • Process warranty claims for consumer products
  • Documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with global business contacts to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in product training for continuous learning and development
Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience in a contact center is preferred
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize effectively
  • High level of accuracy and detail-oriented
  • Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, Salesforce is a plus
  • Practical knowledge in the building and construction industry
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively within a diverse team
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a plus
Responsibilities:
