About Comfort First Heating & Cooling Since 2015, Comfort First Heating & Cooling has been dedicated to delivering trusted comfort to homes and businesses through lasting relationships, dependable solutions, and a team that treats every space like it's their own. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help create an exceptional customer experience by answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting customers, and supporting our service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a positive team environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and customer follow-ups Update customer information accurately in company software Assist customers with questions and service requests Communicate effectively with customers and team members Support maintenance agreement renewals and customer retention efforts Maintain a positive, professional attitude with every customer interaction Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer proficiency Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic HVAC or home service industry experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Competitive hourly pay Friendly and supportive work environment Paid training Growth opportunities within the company The opportunity to make a difference for customers every day Why Join Comfort First? Additional Information This is an in-office position located in Minooka, Illinois. This is not a remote or work-from-home opportunity.
