We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).
• Must Live in Continental United States

Pay for this role is $20.00hr The required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Central Time), Shift times may be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, Overtime may be required based on business requirements.

• Basic Qualifications:

• + 1 year experience multi level stake holder communication through email, chat, and telephony + 1 year insurance industry experience + 1 year training in call centre setting + 1 year computer experience with Window's PC applications + High School completion or equivalent

• Responsibilities:

• + Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards.

+ Ordering and reviewing paper files for policy information as well searching internal systems for unknown policies. + Review incoming written complaints and respond to the client with findings + Collaborating with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns. + Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods. + Provide backup assistance to the call center when needed. \#INDBPO New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process

• All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.
