As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational success. What You'll Do Respond to high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency Utilize multiple platforms to research and resolve customer issues Communicate clearly via phone and email in a B2B environment Take ownership of cases and ensure timely follow-up Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless service What's Needed 2-3 years of experience in a B2B customer service environment Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Salesforce or SAP experience is a plus
