You will act as our brand's creative storyteller, responsible for producing high-converting visual content and managing the customer journey from the first "click" to the final "sale." If you are a talented video creator who understands that the best content is the one that solves customer problems and drives revenue, we want you on our team.
Deeply understand our customer pain points and create authentic, problem-solving visual content (Short-form videos/Reels/TikToks) that resonates with our audience.
End-to-End Production:
Take full ownership of the creative process—from conceptualizing and shooting, to professional editing and publishing.
Social Media Growth & Engagement:
Actively manage our social media presence, respond to inquiries, and build a community that feels heard and valued.
Conversion-Focused Marketing:
Use social media inquiries as a feedback loop to improve ad creatives and product presentation. Bridge the gap between a customer's question and their purchase decision.
Campaign Optimization:
Monitor ad performance (Facebook/Google) and adjust content strategy based on real-time customer feedback and sales data.
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Editing Mastery:
Proven expertise in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) with a sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual trends.
Sales Mindset:
You understand that content is a sales tool. You are comfortable engaging with customers via phone and chat to close deals.
Strategic Thinking:
You don't just "make videos"; you analyze why a video works and how it drives conversions.
Portfolio:
A portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging, sales-oriented short-form video content is mandatory.
